I purchased this device 2.5 months ago. I use it rarely for basic music listening. The screen has begun to flicker and the image is distorted by pulsating lines. I have updated the Firmware and reset/ reformatted the device. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Ok ignoring the bright lines that seem to scroll down the screen (Im assuming thats just the difference in the refresh rate like when you tape computer monitors). It looks like its going bad which should not happen. If you have only had it 2.5 months call tech support about an RMA, they will send you a new one if indeed the screen is going bad. They may also have some other Ideas of things you could try to fix it yourself.
