Sansa Express

I was charging my Sansa Express in my computer.  I shut down the computer and when I tried to turn on my Sansa Express

MP3 player it would not turn on.  I place it in the computer and the computer said it did not recognize the hardware.

Please advise what I should do.

Try a soft rest. Press the volume up “+” button and the center select button at the same time.
