I’ve had the player for about 2 months, and a couple days ago it stopped being recognized by my laptop’s USB ports, and on my desktop computer it gives the the message “connected” when I plug it in…but it won’t recharge.
Could updating the firmware fix this problem? Or is likely a hardware problem that I cannot fix. In which case what do I do? Mail it in to Sandisk?
