Sansa Express Permanent Image

I’m not sure if this happened before but, I followed the steps of technical support to hold the volume up + select button and softly reset my Sansa Express. I tried this just a few minutes ago and I think that actually made my Express worse than it was before.

Now, it has a permanent green image in the center of what looks to be like a random picture of a tree or something. It won’t turn off, when I put it in the USB drive it doesn’t even say MTP device detected. It just says that I have put in a USB and windows does not recognize it.

Does anyone else have this problem? It’s be great if someone could help me.

Try to do a hard reset, if that doesn’t work then try formatting the player. If all else fails then you will have to talk to Sandisk for a exchange/refund.
