I pressed all the buttons and none of them worked. It keeps playing the same song even though it shows 1/15, i.e, there are 15 songs in the player. Everytime I press either one of the button, the msg ‘Already Exist’ comes on. I don’t understand this at all.
Have you tried to reset the player? Hold Select and Vol+.
I think you can fix it by formatting it. There’s a Format command under Settings.
