Sansa Express Hit the Bucket?

Hi there my sansa express has been broken for god knows how long now it won’t show any signs of starting up using any of the methods I’ve read about here. The player shows no signs of life no lights and my computer doesn’t seem to be able to notice it when I try methods to make the pc notice it. Is it time for an rma?

If you have already tried the various methods described in the forum and cannot get the player to start, then yes you should contact Sandisk. The player has a one year warranty, hopefully you are still covered by the warranty.
