Hello - am having trouble with my San Disk sansa e250 (Version 01.02.15p) as follows:

  1. When turning power on, the message “refreshing database” appears.
  2. When connecting to the computer and Windows Media Player, the media player recognises the device but not the music saved in the E250 library.
