Does Sansa always take awhile to respone to your e-mail/question? Just wondering.
It can take a while. Depends on how busy they are. The best & quickest way is to contact them by phone. E-mail usually gets put on a back burner, but it’s hard to ignore a ringing phone.
it is the Christmas rush. They probably have thousands of support requests. If you have time to wait on hold for a few mins probably best to call them.
