Hey all u sansa connect people I tried to download it, it failed what a surprise I called tech support I had NO WARRANTY they said sorry that’s all we can do so if it messes up makesure u call fast and tell them. I have had many sansa mp3 maunfunctions I learned my lesson never buy one again.:manmad:
