I have a Sansa Connect 4-gb, FCC ID-ES20070309 and it has basically stooped working… When I turn it on it has a message “Recovery Needed” and to go to the the Sandisk website and download a tool, but I cannot get it to connect with my computer for one, and two I can’t even find this recovery tool on the website. I would like to know if there is any hope for my device?
