Sansa connect not recognized...but I think I found another solution

My new Sansa connect is not recognized at all by my laptop.  I’ve looked through other posts about this.  I’ve checked and have the compatible version of vista.  I updated the firmware on my connect, and I have the latest version of Windows Media Player 11.  I’ve also tried turning it completely off and on again, but it still isn’t recognized.  Is there anything else I can try?

Are you running Vista 32-bit? Was this Vista preinstalled on your laptop when you bought it?

Can you test on another laptop?
