My new Sansa connect is not recognized at all by my laptop. I’ve looked through other posts about this. I’ve checked and have the compatible version of vista. I updated the firmware on my connect, and I have the latest version of Windows Media Player 11. I’ve also tried turning it completely off and on again, but it still isn’t recognized. Is there anything else I can try?
