Sansa Connect 4GB Wi-Fi not available after recovery

HELO GUYS I REALLY I NEED YOUR HELP, AFTER RECOVERING MY SANSA CONNECT 4GB (SDMX8N-4096K), USING "SANSA RECOVERY TOOL NO WIFI" PROVIDED ON YOUR WEBSITE, I LOST WIFI FUNCTION ON MY DEVICE, NO INTERNET RADIO, PLIZ HOW CAN I RESTORE BACK THE WIFI FUNCTION, THE RECOVERY TOOL DIDNT RESTORE THE WIFI FUNCTION, PLIZ HELP ME I REALLY NEED TO DOWNLOAD MUSIC

I could be wrong, but I believe Sandisk dropped wi-fi support for the Connect about 2 years ago.

You’re at least partially right. The streaming radio was dropped by the provider (Yahoo, I think it was) but the Flickr photos still worked. At least, they did. I can no longer check because my new router apparently doesn’t want to talk to my Connect. I get an error message from the Connect every time I try to connect to my network.

Ahhh . . . thanks for the clarification. I knew it was something like that.

the fact that the recovery tool says “NO WIFI” in the name would be in indication wifi was taken out.
