Sometime when I connect my fuze to the computer it works fine and connects. But sometimes when I plug it into the computer it goes to the menu when you start up your fuze and I have too keep retrying

Why doesnt it always go to they same connecting screen?

1.) Defective cable/cord.

2.) Defective player.

3.) Defective computer.

ok what should I do? I know its not my computer. I bought it 4/23/09 so its still under the 1 year warrenty for a couple more days.
