Sansa Clip wont turn on

Hello

My sansa clip BI0811BILK-8GB wont turn on anymore it just stopped working : (nothing comes up even when plugged into my computer

I have tried what other people have suggested put hold on and press the middle button when connecting or holding the power on button for 15+ seconds

I don’t know what to do how would I go about getting it fixed its still under warranty but I have none of the paperwork just the online receipt from Play.com or should I contact them about getting it replaced or sumthing?
