Sansa Clip screen frozen on "Writing"

Hi,

I plugged my Sansa Clip to charge.  When I unplugged it the screen was frozen on “writing”.  I have tried to turn it off using the button on the device but it’s not working. Help.

Try doing a soft reset by holding the power switch in the UP position for 10-15 seconds until the Clip turns OFF.  Then simply turn it back on if you think there’s enough juice to do so.  If not, charge the Clip for a couple hours and try again to see what happens.
