I was trying to work thru the issues with Rhapsody, I decided to format my son’s 4G Clip. The first time it was successful, and I tried downloading music via Windows Media player or copying from My Computer files and pasting it in the Clip. Struggling with this, I decided to format the Clip again, and this time it shut off and now won’t turn on or do anything. Did I fry the Clip? Is this Clip now garbage?
I figured it out, I put it on hold for a few seconds then powered it back up.
