Anybody have any experience with this? I had my phone plugged in and also plugged my mp3 player into the same computer. It gave me a message that it didn’t recognize the device and the sansa stopped working. Phone still works fine.
The solution to this may depend on what operating system your computer is using. Give us more information.
Is this a desktop or notebook? What operating system? If it is a desktop, did you use the rear usb ports and plug the phone and player directly into a rear usb port, or did you use a hub, or use a front usb port?
