Sansa Clip + and 8GB MicroSD Not Working

Hello,

I have the same issue like the previous topic “Samsung MicroSDHC Essential 32 Go”.

I have follow this procedure but it does not work:

Backup current content.

Format the card to FAT32.

Put card in the player and turn the player ON.

After the player completes refreshing media, turn player OFF and remove the card.

Put content back on the card in the MUSIC folder created by the player.

I have this card: Samsung MicroSDHC Essential 32 Go

Does it work with sd HC?

Thank you

Try using a class 4 Sandisk card. The Sandisk players have compatability issues with some  class 10 cards. Does your player have the latest firmware- 01.02.18?

Yes, I have the firmware 01.02.18. I have specially bought this card for this device so if there is compatibility issue, this is a very bad new…

If it doens’t work, just take it back and exchange it for another one.  MicroSD cards are made as cheaply as possible.  Weird defects and compatibility problems are somewhat common unfortunately.

You didn’t say . . . Is this a Class 10 card?

Yes it is.

Well, that could be your problem then.

I have tried with an SDcard 1GB and I have the same issue…
