Sansa battery does not show charge

I’ve gone thru the Q&A, changed the USB port from front to back, made sure I have the latest firmware, all that sort of thing and still cannot get the battery to show a charge. Have a very small red line at end of battery. Funny thing is I still have power.  Any thoughts or suggestions? 

Try a wall charger.  If not, try resetting the Fuze.  Hold the home button and hold the power button until it shuts off.  This resets it and may fix your problem.

I had a problem with this with my first Fuze, so if that doesn’t work, call Sandisk (The number is 866-SANDISK (726-3475)) and they will replace it if it’s under the 1-year warranty.
