SANSA 4GB PROBLEM !!!

Hello ,

i bought my sansa clip almost a year ago but he hasnt been used for a long time.

now when i am trying to turn it on it “said” LOW BATTERY , but when i am connecting it to the computer

, the computer doesnt recognize it and the sansa is turning on and off sequentially.

what is the problem ( maybe the internal battery is failed) and what should i do about it .

If it is completely dead (As it sounds) somethimes the computer is not enough. I would recomend a wall charger. Plugging it in to the wall often solves this problem.

 This probably does mean that the internal battery is dead. You might be able to take it to a store to get it changed, or just get a new one.
