Sansa 4g. Trying to playing full albums

I have full albums all sorted in their own folders.

But when I use the “ALBUM” function for a particular album the song(s) are from everything on the player!

I do not have the “SHUFFLE” on/set.

How do I play a full album?

Good says that serial number is a clip plus.
