I have a 4GB USB flash drive that will not show me the screen to enter my password. I have never been able to use since my purchase a few days ago. I have tried everything I know and no luck. HELP.
Are you expecting the prompt to appear automatically when you plug it in? Or is it not appearing when you execute the SecureAccess file on the drive?
