Sandisk media converter

hi everyone how are you i had a Sansa e250 mp3 player and it had the Sandisk media converter recently i just got a Sandisk Sansa Fuze 8gb and i was trying to put some photos and videos on it using the Sandisk media converter version 1.21.74 it says it cant connect so what do i need to do if someone can help me that would be amazing
