Sandisk Extreme 2 TB cannot open on 2 Android 14 phones

Whilst my sandisk opens perfectly on Windows, I cannot open the SSD neither a Samsung A 35 %Gand nor on Vivo Xfold 3, on the Vivo phone it actually crashes the phone which then restarts.
In both instances the sandisk APP (downloaded from Google play store) was used.
