SanDisk Customer service

I’ve emailed SanDisk 2 times over a 3 week period, no response.  I don’t plan to buy another Sandisk product again.

Did you try calling them? What did you want to discuss with them?

Customer service is optimized for telephone support in the US, at 1-866-SANDISK.

E-mail responses can take a few days, as they concentrate on person to person support, plus you can try the SanDisk E-box here: register your product, and set up an e-box.  The responses are MUCH faster, and are catalogued for you.
