Has anyone contacted the Sandisk Customer Care Service or Support Service and had a response? I’ve tried on numerous occassions in the past month with technical queries about their producs and so far have been totally ignored! This sort of shabby attitude seems to be getting more prevelent with companies that trade online. I shan’t be dealing with this company any more in future and I certainly won’t recommend them. I will go back to shopping on the High Street when possible where I have always had courtious and helpful service in the past, even if it does cost me more.
