SanDisk 128gb Cruzer Blade keeps losing formatting after each I place it on the computer.

I write data on it, it takes a lot of time to write it on the drive then after removing it and place it back again it says I should format the drive.

please help!!

a. From a Windows Command Prompt window try to run a CHKDSK command for the drive.

b. When removing the drive be sure to use the Windows Safely Remove function to prevent this problem.
