Hey all!

I’ve done a silly thing… I’ve installed my Ultra II without getting the S/N is there a way to get this without taking my Rig to bits again! :frowning:

oh and i’ve loaded Sandisk’s Dashboard and the S/N that gives me the registration site says its not a valid product code for my product


The reason behind is that the Database doesn’t recognize that serial number. You would have to contact support, they will authentic your SN and process it in the database which will then allow you to register it.

That has happened to  me twice (Invalid Number) and others here…

They told me they were looking into a fix for that…


Yes. Mine was also registered manually.
