I have talked to rhapsody support several times and still haven’t been able to find a solution. I need to find a way to get my sansa clip, which i like very much, to work with my computer in mtp mode, which makes sense to me to be able to get tracks of of rhapsody ToGo. The problem is, when I put the clip into mtp mode and connect it to my computer, it restarts windows xp instantly. I’ve tried updating all my drivers, updating the firmware. and nothing has changed this. Any suggestions?
Update your Windows Media Player first. Open the player, then go to Help > Check For Updates. Sounds like this might be your issue.
