Rhapsody question

OK first post and I DID search for the answer internet coyboys….:stuck_out_tongue:

I have no intention of ever buying any music from Rhapsody as I have tons more than will fit in my player anyway. I used the software after I loaded it and signed up for the 2 week trial. I’m using the library to drag and drop to my player…works well…ezpz. Now when I cancel Rhapsody, will I still be able to use the software and access my personal library(I know the playlist and stuff I didn’t rip from my own CD’s will go away)? Or will I have tolearn to do it with WMP all over again?

You should be able to. Just make sure that when you do cancel you get all of the files from rhapsody off of the player, as this could cause confusion.

So I just need to cancel the one playlist I subscribed to and that should do it after it syncs? I already deleted the 20 songs that came on the player. Why would that confuse things anyway? The stuff I loaded clearly says ok to burn whereas the music I pulled says ok to burn “with purchase”. Seems like they would know the difference. Anyway I guess you answered the ?. I will still be able to use the siftware that came with the player to rip, drag, and drop to my player even without the subscription.

I didnt know what you downloaded in terms of OK to Burn or not. Thats what causes the confusion, as when the license on those tracks expire you get a pop up on your player that tells you to “Connect to update subscription” to get the license right but I dont think you have to worry about that.

I did see the post about the pop-ups for that. That’s a good point, don’t want to have to deal with that so I’ll take the few songs from that playlist off my player. Thanks!
