… no lock / unlock key

… slow CPU

… no Clock display

… no auto resume

… no resume in folder mode

… sq only average

and i truly believe this as the only answer by the sandisk staff says more than enough.

“We are working on a new firmware to address the following issues …” would have been another option.

I’m not sure that I follow your comment above, but I’m not SanDisk staff–just a user, like you. And your second comment indeed is the current situation.
