Restore factory partitioning and format?

Is there a way (documentation) to restore the factory partitioning and format of SanDisk USB flash drives?

I understand that properly aligned partitions (and FAT tables, clusters etc…) perform better (faster) and also wear the flash less.

No.  Initially the drives are formated as FAT32 super floppies.  No MBR, no partition table.  I know of nothing that recreates that format. 

With modern flash drives wear is less of a concern than it use to be.
