I have attached my drive to a Samsung TV and it re-formatted it so I can no longer access it via PC. Its become really slow and before I ditch it, I’d like to try a few things. Originally it was attached to the PC and it ‘died’ once, and I was able to reset it by following some instructions I found on WD’s site. The reset involved holding the button down connecting the power in a particular order, which I can’t remember. I can’t find the instructions on the site anymore so can anyone help?

Have you tried testing the drive with the WD DLG tool?
Is that a single unit or a dual drive?
