Reset c140 back to English?

I have a Sansa C140 and I inadvertently changed the language and now all the menus are in a different language.  Is there an easy way to get it back to English or at least set all the defaults back to factory settings?

  1. Turn your player on.

  2. Press the Power/Menu button and go to the Main menu.

  3. Scroll down til you come to Settings–you’ll see an icon that looks like a graphic equalizer.

  4. In Settings, scroll down until you come to an option that begins with ‘FM’.  The option directly above this is the Language option.  Select it.

  5. Scroll through the options until you come to English.
