I am trying to remove the battery cover from my c250. I followed the directions in the quick start guide, but it will not move.
Any suggestions???
I had the same experience. It just takes a lot of force. After you take it off and replace it a few times, it wears down a little bit and becomes easier.
I hold my c500 so I can read the SanDisk logo on the back. I put my left thumb in that little indent and push to the right. I also use my right thumb to pull. There in no indent for my right thumb, so I am pulling with friction only. The goal is to simply slide the cover to the right. No secret button or anything.
