Recognizing Sansa Fuze with XP Pro SP3

Does anyone know how I can get XP Pro SP3 to recognize the Sansa Fuze?  I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers via device manager to no avail.  I know the cord works I just can’t get Windows to recognize it.  My other computer, Windows XP SP2 recognizes it fine. 

I would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on the fix for SP3.

Did you try switching the USB Mode toe either MSC or MTP? I forget exactly where to go for these (haven’t used the Fuze for quite some time), but they are in the system settings somewhere.
