Recharge on Mac USB, old USB

Does recharging the 4GB Fuze work on any USB device, including Mac or USB 1.1 ports?

I plan to do some travelling and want to know if I should expect any problems borrowing relatives’ PC’s or Mac’s just to recharge.

I probably won’t need to add or replace music but I may need to recharge once or twice without my home PC.

Im not sure about USB 1.1 ports but it should work on the MAC.

It will charge but transferring songs may be a bit tricky. USB 2.0 is always recommended. Perhaps you could help them by upgrading their window so they have SP2 and usb 2.0.
