Puting specific files on hard drive

I am trying to put just iphotos on he hrad drive. it indicates that there are 2.1 GB of photos, but it only puts 204 MB on the hard drive.

What if you go to Mac HD> Users> You> iPhoto Library and drag the whole folder to the drive?
