Problems with Sansa e250

I’ve had this player for a while, but all of a sudden the screen says it’s connected and charging, but the player doesn’t show on the comptuer.  I’ve tried with other computers in my home and it’s all the same.  Plus I have another e250 that works just fine on the other PCs.

I’m running Windows XP Professional.

Please Help, I don’t know what to do…

Have you tried switching the USB modes? It may seem trivial, but try it. Cheers
