Hey,

my device won’t show the display…i mean, even on the menu i see the icons but no the words, like the headphones but near the icon it wont show ‘‘music’’ .

Same thing about the song titles, and other settings… it’s all blank and confusing…

I tried to format the the device twice but it didn’t work, please help?

Did you try manually re-installing the firmware? Has the player worked OK in the past or is this a new one out of the box?

yeah it worked fine, someday it started to crash and i couldn’t restard it so like i said before i formated it and now this problem appeared…
