Good night!! I own a Sansa Clip zip 2011 that I got from a friend, and almost never used it !! I started using a short time ago, and yesterday I went to recharge it on the computer and put some music, when I finished, he started updating the database and out of nowhere crashed and the screen turned green. Could be some problem in the firmware of it ?? or battery, it was working perfectly!! I’m from Brazil and I beat a Canadian friend !! I’d like to try to fix it, because the same here in Brazil is almost $130!! I will attach photos to draw conclusions !! I will be grateful for the help !!
