problem converting videos to sansa e200 series

I recently uploaded movies from veoh tv in the format which is supported by the smc for vista. after i click to convert itbegins to convert very slowly I might add, and when the smc reaches 33% it goes back to a lower % then freezes. I know it is installed correctly cause i down loaded other media movies and music to it already I even used a Dvix converter before i used the smc but the problem remains can some one help me with this problem? I really want those classic kung-fu movies on my player. your help is well appreciated thank you Kdj107
