- I play (shuffle “on”, repeat “all”) song A, skip forward to song B and try to replay the previous song A by pressing the previous button - but song C is being played. Why is the “previous” button not working?

You should have tested it only once to realized, that’s all ■■■■. Try out your ■■■■ before you sell it!
BTW, everything was working fine with the former Clip Zip+.
