I own a Sandisk flash drive for storage. Is there a way that I can use it or an upgrade to connect temporarily to the internet without a land line ISP connection. I don’t need a year’s daily contract with an ISP.

Sure. Connect it to a pc with a wireless NIC and go to a library or Internet cafe or neighbor or family member or any number of places with WiFi access.
