Just received my Sansa clip. Works great but the earplug does not fit snug into the Sansa. Sticks out about 1/8-1/4 of an inch and is very sensitive to any movement and frequently must be adjusted in order for it to work. Have tried other earplugs and same thing happens-since the plug must be in the perfect position for it to work. I have used it for running and it did work but any movement associated with the plug and it loses the sound. The plug just does not sit tight in the designated spot. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Are you sure you have the plug pushed in all the way? The fit can be tite with a new Clip, until it loosens up a bit.
