I’m having problems trying to retrieve files from my Passport Essential for PC, using Windows 7. After I select the destination folder for the retrieved contents and get to the page where I should be able to select all files, some files, etc. to retrieve, I see a blue and white striped progress bar in the upper left hand corner with the message “Please wait rebuilding volumes to retrieve from” It gets hung up there and I can’t progress with the retrieval function. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi, you can also retrieve your files by going manually into the passport and explore the smartware.swstor folder to copy the files manually into your computer.
