Plays music for two minutes, then hums loudly until shut off.

I updated the firmware manually, replaced the SD card, and

the music library loads just fine. I select some music, or just

press “PLAY”, and the music plays for about two minutes.

Then it starts humming, and keeps right on humming, until I

shut it off. No music - just humming, buzzing, whatever you

want to call it <it’s not static hiss>.

Has anyone experienced this? And is there a fix?

I’ve noticed this as well. Not really anything that can be done about it, except unplugging your headphones. I wouldn’t worry about it. Compared to the many other flaws this thing has, I’d say this is a very minor issue.
