Playlists with WMP10

Everyone is saying you can create playlists by right clicking on a mp3 and clicking “create playlist”, um this doesn’t happen when i try. I think it may be because i don’t have WMP11, only 10, so um yea if anyone know if this is the problem, then could you please tell me.
I am using XP with WMP10

The same thing is happening to me with WinXP SP2 / WMP10. When I right-click on a selected group of MP3s (in the removable device) in Windows Explorer (in MSC mode) I get a pop-up menu with “Add to Now Playing”, “Add to Playlist…”, “Add to Sync List” and “Add to Burn List” – that’s all that’s available, no " Create Playlist". And the “Add to Now Playing” and “Add to Playlist…” options in WMP10 DO NOT WORK! They just sit there, take up space and do nothing.

Any suggestions? I would appreciate it. Thanks!
