I’ve only had my player a couple of weeks now, but sometimes when I go to Settings-System Settings-Info my player locks up. I have the latest firmware. Anyone else seeing this?

Nope. You might try reapplying the latest firmware–this could be a corrupt code issue (see the firmware upgrade sticky thread at the top of the forum).
