My Sansa express is stuck in recieving mode now for about 8 hours. It won’t turn off. I tried the hard reset, that doesn’t work either. It’s only a couple of dys old. I need help…
Did you try just holding down the power button?
If nothing else, you can just let the battery die, then update the firmware as a preventative measure. Hopefully that’ll take care of it.
I am currently having the same issue. This is the second time that it has happened.
Holding the power button for any length of time does not help.
The only solution I have found is to allow it to die, then put it back on charge for a few hours. It worked fine for me after this. Unfortunately, this means you cannot use it for about a day. If anyone has a better solution, I’d love to know.
